It’s no secret, these are exactly the ingredients
we use and the way we prepare the food you eat.

Orecchiette Pugliesi


  • 14 oz orecchiette
  • 10 oz roasted Italian sausage
  • 8 oz broccoli florettes
  • 15 oz broccoli puree
  • 4 oz cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 oz Pecorino cheese
  • 2 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves of roasted garlic
  • 1 pinch of red chili flakes
  • 8 oz broccoli
  • 1 cup veggie stock
  • ½ oz white onions
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt


Sauté the onions in olive oil for few minutes until golden, add broccoli and cook to desired consistency. Add salt, pepper and stock. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Turn off and add minced parsley. Blend all together for few seconds till creamy. Cook the broccoli in salted water for few minutes and drain. In a sauté pan roast the garlic with in extra virgin olive oil, add sausages and roast them for few minutes. Add broccoli sauce, chili flakes and cherry tomatoes. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce with broccoli. Sauté for a couple of minutes. Put in serving dishes adding chopped parsley and pecorino cheese to each portion.
