It’s no secret, these are exactly the ingredients
we use and the way we prepare the food you eat.
SERVES 4 PEOPLE
- 8 oz mesclun salad
- 1 oz red onion
- 4 oz green beans
- 4 boiled eggs cut into 6 slices
- 8 oz albacore tuna
- 8 oz boiled, sliced red potatoes
- 9 oz sliced tomatoes
- 4 oz lemon dressing (whisk together extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper)
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the tomatoes, eggs, and tuna. Add the lemon dressing, arrange the egg slices, tomatoes and tuna on top, and serve with a squeeze of lemon dressing.
