Linguine Vesuvio

INGREDIENTS:

  • 14 oz linguine Barilla
  • 8 oz calamari
  • 8 oz baby shrimp
  • 16 oz tomato sauce
  • 4 oz chopped tomatoes
  • 1 oz parsley
  • 2 pinch chili flakes
  • 1 oz capers
  • 2 oz green olives
  • 2 oz black olive
  • 1 oz extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan, then add calamari and shrimps. Add the tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, olives, capers and chili flakes. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water and drain. Dress with the sauce. Sautee for a minute. Sprinkle with parsley.
