Insalatona Al Tonno

SERVES 4 PEOPLE

  • 8 oz mesculin greens
  • 4 oz Roma tomatoes
  • 8 oz cannellini beans
  • 8 oz borlotti beans
  • 6 oz garbanzo beans
  • 4 oz lemon dressing
  • 1 oz red onions
  • 16 oz ahi tuna

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except tuna. Sear the ahi tuna with salt and pepper and then add it on top of salad. Dress and serve.
