SERVES 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz mesclun salad
  • 9 oz Granny Smith apples
  • 4 oz walnuts
  • 4 oz crostini
  • 12 oz grilled chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 4 oz honey mustard
  • 2 oz gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 Roma tomato cut into thirds
  • Extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Grill the chicken with rosemary. Cut into bite-size pieces, put it in a bowl and mix it well with all the other ingredients, except the tomatoes. Add the mustard dressing and serve garnished with the three slices of tomato.
