It’s no secret, these are exactly the ingredients
we use and the way we prepare the food you eat.
SERVES 4 PEOPLE
- 8 oz mesclun salad
- 9 oz Granny Smith apples
- 4 oz walnuts
- 4 oz crostini
- 12 oz grilled chicken breast cut into cubes
- 4 oz honey mustard
- 2 oz gorgonzola cheese
- 2 Roma tomato cut into thirds
- Extra virgin olive oil
Grill the chicken with rosemary. Cut into bite-size pieces, put it in a bowl and mix it well with all the other ingredients, except the tomatoes. Add the mustard dressing and serve garnished with the three slices of tomato.
