It’s no secret, these are exactly the ingredients
we use and the way we prepare the food you eat.
SERVES 4 PEOPLE
- 8 oz mesclun salad
- 4 oz cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz jarred cannellini beans
- 8 oz jarred borlotti
- 6 oz garbanzo
- 2 oz artichokes in olive oil
- ½ oz red onion
- 4 oz lemon dressing (whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add the lemon dressing, garnish with a cured artichoke cut into 4 wedges and serve.
